YESTERDAY AT 2 PM GEORGIAN TIME I WAS TAKEN TO TBILISI CITY COURT AND THERE WAS A WISH OF THE MINISTERY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF GEORGIA TO HAVE MR MARCEL MARIA BRANDSMA DEPORTED. THIS WISH WAS PRESENTED TO JUDGE NINO NIARI.

A LONG LIST OF WITNESSES WAS BROUGHT BY THE GEORGIAN POLICE DEALING ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES THAT TOOK PLACE IN POPULI SUPERMARKET IN SHUAMTA IN III MASSIV, VARKETILI, WHERE MR BRANDSMA LIVES ALREADY FOUR YEARS AND WHERE HE IS ALREADY POPULIS BEST CLIENT FROM HOLLAND SINCE THE SHOP IS OPEN.

NEXT TO THE DOZEN OF POPULI WITNESSES FINES THERE WERE REPORTS FROM THE PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC ASATIANI WHERE MR BRANDSMA WAS ""TREATED"" FIVE TIMES.


PERSONALLY MR BRANDSMA SAYS ABOUT THIS ASATIANI CLINIC":

They are living and working in Asatiani in the 19th century. They dont speak english much and all they do is give injections and medizin.

What to think of the head doctor Roman in a white laboratory coat with the name TEMEZAPAM ?

What to think of the agressive way of beating patients who are not listening to the wishes of the nurses and security ?

How is it possible that psychiatric patients who are very sensitive and have many brain problems get bashed and beaten and pushed around even more ?

Where is the respect for these persons that need quiet surroundings, love and attention ?

I have been in the clinic this time 20 days and it was 20 days
for N O T H I N G !!!!!! Well, to see the treatment to other patients ....

So I have decided to go to the RIGHT international court, Strassbourg or Den Haag, one day, to start a Process against THE STATE OF GEORGIA who is responsible for this 19th century treatment of very senstive often multi problemised persons.

This clinic has to be closed immediately and has to be visited by INTERNATIONAL OBSERVERS WHO I LOVE TO TAKE AROUND AND TELL THE REAL STORIES WHAT happens there behind the IRON bars and IRON doors.

I have been in the clinic also in april 2009 for 10 days and have made many reports on the walls and cigarette boxes and other things that I could write on.

HEAD of the Hospital is David Zurabischvili, who says he was in many hospitals in other countries including in Holland, but from all this visits I have seen not ONE improvement in my department, a group of maximum 40 patients, male and female. Extremely dirty toilets, food that is just enough to servive, horrible green television, not much sunlight and fresh air, etcetera.


Can you imagine that mostly ONLY tablets and injections are used ?


LAST YEAR I HAD A PSYCHIATER, NONA WAS HER NAME, WHO DID NOT SPEAK TO ME FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK, SHE WAS VERY BUSSY AND SHE DIDNOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND COULD NOT FIND A TRANSLATOR.

I MANAGED TO GET ANOTHER PSYCHIATER TAMARA THAT SPOKE ENGLISH AND SHE WAS WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY WISHES AND EXPERIENCES AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS MY MEDICINS WERE DEMINISHED AND I HAD THE POSIBILITY TO LEAVE THE CLINIC.

THE POLICY OF THIS HOSPITAL IS TO PUT ENOUGH MEDICIN IN EVERYBODYs BODY SO THEY SLOW DOWN IN THINKING AND WALKING AND THAN THEY ARE EASY TO HANDLE. AT NIGHT THEY GET ENOUGH MEDICIN SO THET ALL FALL ASLEEP AFTER 10 o CLOCK.


NO THERAPY AND DAILY ACTIVITIES LIKE IN HOLLAND. SPORT, WALKING, MUSIC, PAINTING, DISCUSSING, THERAPEUTS. AGRESSIA AND TABLETS ARE THE RULING HELPERS. AND, FORTUNATELY PATIENTS ARE HELPING EACH OTHER THE MOST !!!!!!!!!!!!

PSYCHIATRISTS ARE WRITING WITH PENS FROM PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AND USING THEIR SPONSORED BLOCKNOTES.

SALARIES ARE LOW, A PSYCHIATRIST TAKES ABOUT 290 LARI, IT IS JUST OVER 100 EURO ONE MONTH. NURSES AND SANITARYS GET EVEN LESS, JUST UNDER 200 LARIS

In the mean time ...

Last night I was taken by two horrible Dutch Eurocross savers ms Brenger and mr Meester at 1 AM from Asatiani Hospital.

They said we have small Taxi, but it was a big Mercedes. Zaza, my assistent and translator who arranged all contacts with Eurocross and who paid many costs from his refugee pension of 10 euro monthly and his mothers pension was not allowed to go with me in the taxi.

In Dutch this is Mijn zaakwaarnemer en vertaler die alle contacten met Eurocross had verzorgd en veel betaalde van zijn vluchtelingenpensioen van 10 euro en zijn moeders pensioen MOCHT NIET MEE IN DE TAXI.

Daar stond Zaza midden in de nacht, terwijl Eurocross boeren hem eerder opdracht hadden gegeven die morgen om de bagage van de heer Brandsma naar Asatiani te brengen.

De boeren van Eurocross wilden ook niet even stoppen bij de woning van de heer Brandsma, om daar de videotas op te halen. De woning is in Varketili, tien minuten rijden van de snelweg en de weg Shuamta loopt PARALLEL aan de weg naar de snelweg.

Net als de eigenwijze JOOP DAALMEIJER waren deze EIGENWIJZE Eurocrossers - OOK VOOR HET EERST VAN HUN LEVEN IN TBILISI - niet bereid ook maar een minuut te luisteren naar Marcel Maria Brandsma, die al zes jaar in Tbilisi woont en de stad op zijn duimpje kent.

Nee, zij dachten te maken te hebben met een hypomane of zelfs manische Hollander, want zo waren ze ingelicht.
